Tickets for Le Petit Navire tours can be purchased online through our booking platform (FareHarbor) or at our ticket office at Jacques-Cartier Pier, Old Port of Montreal. All reservations are subject to availability.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes and booking fees. Le Petit Navire reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Le Petit Navire reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Passengers must be present at the boarding location (Jacques-Cartier Pier, Old Port of Montreal) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Le Petit Navire is not responsible for passengers who miss their departure.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward other passengers and crew members at all times. Le Petit Navire reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on board. Le Petit Navire reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or underage. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.
Le Petit Navire shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Le Petit Navire or its employees.
Children under 2 years of age travel free of charge. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
